Mindy Herb is a live production leader with more than twelve years across broadcast news, corporate and client events, and multi-campus live and hybrid production. She has directed multi-level live broadcasts at Straight Arrow News, managed technical operations and a twenty-person team at Bock Technologies under contract with AT&T, and directed live video across three campuses at Christ Chapel Bible Church.
She works at both altitudes. In the moment, she is the technical director, producer, and editor — hands on the switcher, eyes on the clock. Between shows, she is the one writing the quality standards, building the ticketing system, fixing the handoff between departments, and mentoring the people who will run the next one. A PCMA-certified Digital Event Strategist, she is equally at home with a room, a stream, or both at once.
